Golf Nomad Refund Policy

At Golf Nomad (golfnomad.net), customer satisfaction matters to us. We take pride in providing quality golf apparel and gear, and we stand by the craftsmanship of our products. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

General Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds or replacements will be granted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or in error due to our production or shipping partners (including Printful).

  • Claims must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery with supporting photos of the issue.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for review.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following:

  • Custom work (agreed-to designs, special orders, or personalized products).

  • Opened packages or products that have been worn, washed, or used.

  • Orders beyond 3 days after confirmed delivery.

Printful Fulfillment Partner Policy

Since Golf Nomad fulfills and ships most products through Printful, the following also applies:

  • Printful only covers misprints, damaged, or defective items.

  • Printful does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size issues (customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts carefully before purchase).

  • Wrong address entries or unclaimed shipments are not eligible for refunds.

Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@golfnomad.net with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. We will work with Printful and our team to resolve it quickly.

By placing an order through Golf Nomad, you agree to this refund policy. We encourage customers to double-check product details, sizing, and customization instructions before purchase.
