3. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

All products are printed and shipped by Printful. As such:

  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

  • Once fulfilled, orders are shipped directly from Printful’s global fulfillment centers.

  • Shipping times and carriers vary by location.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because our products are made to order:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

  • If you made a mistake, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at [your support email].

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns on made-to-order items unless:

  • The item is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item was sent.

In such cases, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with Printful to resolve the matter.

All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

We do not store any credit card details.
